Pros
Gymshark has a great team and is a well-structured business. Although we often work reactively to the current climate and what our audience needs, the team works hard to try and plan ahead and give creatives time to BE CREATIVE. Overall a fantastic place to work.
Cons
As I said, we are a reactive business so sometimes things need to be pulled together last minute.
