Pros
There are so many pros that come to mind but i'll start with the most obvious: - Great benefits/office facility - Genuinely care that people are treated fairly and are happy - Very much an open door culture, feel comfortable to speak to any of the senior leaders/management if i needed too - Senior leaders are very transparent with information that they share, i don't feel like there are 'secret' meetings and 'secret' chats happening between them like i have elsewhere - Really put employee needs above everything else - Feedback culture so you can improve and grow whilst working here, feedback is a two way thing so you can have honest conversations with your management too. this is something which is promoted by CEO - High investment in benefits and development in staff, once again proving that 'profit' and 'money' isn't all they care about - Weekly feedback reports and people team implement changes on behalf of feedback they see, proving again they do care about how people are feeling and how we can do better
Cons
Really can't think of any
