Thank you for taking the time to post your review. We are currently in a 're-build' phase, which means your feedback is helpful in contributing towards our improvement plans. We would like to stress that our number one priority is always our people, although this may not be easy to see in a structure review. We have also now developed a Performance Culture plan for all employees so they are able to focus on their progression, and their career goals.
