      Poor management - you never receive schedules on time , u cannot plan ur week Holiday notice - 1 month notice minimum for 1 week holiday Poor internal communication Managers are clueless and don't know what they are doing

      Pros

      Gymshark really sticks to its core values. The people are awesome and great to work with. Excellent work-life balance.

      Cons

      As a UK-based company, working in the United States is tough sometimes. We often get information late from our UK partners. The company definitely needs to build out its US office more and add more vital job functions.
