      Opportunity to work alongside incredible, forward thinkers. Inspired daily. World class campaigns/ projects/ stores and events. Work is appreciated. I feel Listened to. Fun environment.

      Cons

      No lunch allowance in London, unfortunately, which feels slightly unbalanced.

      Thanks for taking the time to leave your review. As we have a onsite catering facility on site at HQ it is easier for us to provide a varied menu for Teams in Solihul where there is little other option nearby. Your comment is noted and hopefully the unlimited free snacks and drinks provided in London go someway to help.

      Pros

      Gymshark really sticks to its core values. The people are awesome and great to work with. Excellent work-life balance.

      Cons

      As a UK-based company, working in the United States is tough sometimes. We often get information late from our UK partners. The company definitely needs to build out its US office more and add more vital job functions.
