They would pay 100% of medical if you are below 50k-60k salary. Anything above would be a 50% until they reach a salary cap of 80k.

Cons

Late to the game when it comes to holidays and parental leave. MLK was given recently and parental leave was increased from 2 weeks to 6 weeks recently.
