      Good people, fun industry, growing (but only through M&A).

      Cons

      If you don't come from where the CEO came from, you will get walked on , abused, worked to death, then thrown out with the trash.

      Location is close to the highway and easy to get to.

      Last minute overtime. Unreliable leadership. My way or the highway management.
