Pros
Benefits are very good and the company is sensitive to work/life balance and is on the leading edge of supporting virtual work. Leadership is strong at the highest levels and strategy and communication down is excellent. This is a good company who is working to do do things the right way. They don’t always hit it, but they try.
Cons
Increasing numbers of layers of middle management mean that a lot of time is spent in meetings and providing information up. Typical of a company this size. I have also seen competition between business units increase-the culture is shifting from one of internal collaboration to internal competition- and that means more politics and chances for bad actors.
