Pros
-Training. They train you on cashiering and putting stuff in a bag, which is actually very important. You get paid for it. -Customer service is a biggie for HEB. They care about their employees and their customers. -good pay, opportunities for raises (like every six months)
Cons
Once jeans were allowed and khakis were thrown out, my store dragged its feet. The more professional people ended up leaving and we got a lot of lazy, gum-smacking people to replace them.
