Awesome opportunity for those willing to put in the work! There's a lot of opportunity to make money, but you have to be willing to put the effort in to learning.
Cons
This isn't a job where you are micro-managed. If this is something that you need, this isn't the company to be in. You have to self-motivated or you will fail.
