Laid back, decent pay, great co workers

Training process is absolutely abhorrent. They just throw you into the fire and hope that you get it and if not, they’ll just replace you right away. Also, their workload is very sporadic. They’ll either have minimal to no work for you to do but still expect you to take initiative being a new hire.
