Pros

There are no pros - run away!

Cons

There are only cons working for this company. The owners go on monthly trips overseas yet their employees get 25 cent raises with some employees without raises for 8 years. This employer pays their installers “ piece rate”, that’s so old school that my grandparents were paid that rate. It’s all so the owners can make more money for themselves and take money away from people living paycheck to paycheck.

Pros

Competitive pay, plenty of work if you need hours, and the people who work there are all amazing people with kind hearts.

Cons

Too caring and trusting. They also pay too well.

Pros

Laid back, decent pay, great co workers

Cons

Training process is absolutely abhorrent. They just throw you into the fire and hope that you get it and if not, they’ll just replace you right away. Also, their workload is very sporadic. They’ll either have minimal to no work for you to do but still expect you to take initiative being a new hire.
