No training - Installer/Helper H2 Employee Review

They don't train you at all. I was there for 3 months was cussed at by an employee in a customers house. I reported it and nothing was done. After 3 months I was let go bcuz they said they couldn't send me out on my own. I've told them various times over the months I wasn't being trained and they said they would handle it and ended up firing me. I also had the owner telling me to tell the person I was helping I needed to be hands on and I told them someone has to relay that message to them and nobody did. This place is a joke to work
