Not much to be honest, the company is very social and theres a lot of opportunities if you put the work in.

The company culture is warm and engaging, with thoughtful perks like ice cream truck visits, dress-down Fridays, and a summer outing that really bring everyone together. Flexibility is another huge plus. Life happens, and leadership understands that. Whether it's a personal emergency or just needing to shift your schedule, there's a lot of trust and support. Leadership genuinely cares about employees and puts a strong emphasis on development. That said, you do need to take initiative—your growth is in your hands, but the tools and encouragement are there if you’re willing to use them.
