6yThank you for your review. H2M and our management team understands the importance of training and knowledge transfer. Our Disciple Directors are experienced, licensed professionals with years of experience. Without training and sharing their experience with younger staff, they understand that we cannot continue to grow as a company. We are also working on a few new mentoring/shadowing initiatives to further bolster our growth of our staff.
