5yIt’s unfortunate that your part-time experience was less than fulfilling. In the last 5 years the firm has grown close to 85% percent. While 2020 was challenging we still managed to grow and provide opportunities to the staff. As part of the management team, HR provides a sense of team and openness. Our hope is that staff bring issues and questions to the attention of leadership so we can improve. We always look for feedback.
