      Training programs, good engineering, if you work in Long Island office you’ll be seen

      Cons

      Do not recommend. Having worked in Long Island office and one other, it’s obvious staff not “under the nose” of Long Island leaders have zero chance for advancement. Talent not rewarded, changes needed to keep the best employees too slow in coming.

      Pros

      Great exposure to what a daily life of a mechanical engineer is like. You really get that hands on experience with each project, understanding what your role and tasks would be.

      Cons

      Not much to be honest, the company is very social and theres a lot of opportunities if you put the work in.
