Anyone that's not at corporate is absolutely wonderful to work with. These individuals only want what's best for the families they serve.

If you have any face to face communication with anyone from corporate. You need to send a recap email of what that conversation was about. Otherwise, they state that they never made such statements later down the road. They love to continuously say " you don't know what you don't know" but will yell at you when you didn't know how to do something they never trained you on. They also love to say "you don't know the job until you're here well more than a year" but will continue to be upset that you didn't pick up everything right away. They dump so much information at you at first and never touched base on that information again until they are yelling at you that it wasn't complete. Everyone is good goo's friends within corporate. Careful what you say to them. Nothing ever changes when complaints are filed.
