      PTO is gave to you from day 1

      Recruiters lie to you in your face and then after working there give you attitude and stop helping you They dont care about you, you are just a number. They dont care about what you know neither help you grow. Sing on bonus or relocation is a scam. You actually get half of whatever they promise you and if you leave they force you to pay 100% including the taxes that you already paid, so you have to pay them to work for them, funny no?. Wages are the lowest in the industry. If you are an A&P dont settle for this company, you will not be compensated.

      It was a great company to work for.

      Cons

      There was some compliance issues that needed to be addressed. Some of the old mechanics were used to doing things the way they "had always done them" same thing with training and other managers rather than reading the manuals so it led to customer issues. It could have definitely been avoided. AAR Corp took over and just laid off all the good people who were trying to make positive changes rather than interviewing anyone. So now they are stuck with all the ones that are in that "lets keep doing it the way we have always done it mindset". If they dont sell it or break it down for parts - I will be surprised.
