      Pros

      Good company with a lot of growth in the past three years. If your not management than you are paid weekly. 120 hours of vacation/ paid time off per year. Lots of overtime potential

      Cons

      No automatic pay increases. Typical aviation job where 24/7 work environment makes scheduling time off a challenge.

      The people you work with day to day are great

      Cons

      Lower than average pay. Upper management does not seem to remember working day to day on the floor. Very high pressure/stress even though they tell you it is not.
