HAECO (Cabin Solutions group) knows where the future lies with regard to its competencies and is willing to try and achieve a lofty goal. Now being part of the HAECO Group opens doors for more business possibilities.
Cons
HAECO is still stuck in the old ways of doing things. Change is proving difficult. They also do not strive to attract the best talent - only just enough to get by.
