Pros
Exactly what it says on the tin. What you see is what you get. Great team, super fun environment, and awesome for training, building experience, and getting hands-on hours working with this population. Their training system is amazing, very structured, strict supervision, carefully tracked, etc. Other ABA places I've worked the training is very loose and you don't feel prepared. HiH genuinely TRAINS their staff and you leave feeling qualified in the field. This is at its core a training school. If you're a student, or looking to get experience in this field, this place is a perfect start. Another pro is you get out early every day so the work/life balance is awesome. Really really fun job too. I honestly miss working with these kids every day. I was excited to go to work every day here.
Cons
Low pay, no chance of promotion/advancement, and they give you less than 40 hrs per week so no benefits, (ends up meaning a lot of unpaid overtime), etc. But it's government funded early intervention ABA, so this is pretty much standard.
