I like working here at Hand in Hand. they really care for the families they serve and try to get the best services for the kids. Management has an open door policy for staff and the management understands different ethnic groups. They try to help their staff in personal issues if they can . You can go and speak to them about a personal problem and they try to help. They also try to promote from within which is nice. they encourage education.
