Great people to work with staff sticks together

Cons

Management only cares about bottom line Will fire a nurse with 20 yrs experience to hire new grad so they can pay the least amount Staffing unfair and unsafe As long as things appear well on paper they are happy will add new job duties for nurses and quick online quiz "qualifies" the education and certification to take care of new duties /pts I feel bad for the nurses still there
