RN - Anonymous employee HCA Florida Blake Hospital Employee Review

Absolutely the most poorly managed facility I have ever been affiliated with....many sentinel events, terrible staffing, astronomical turnover....in the past year the facility has hired and fired over 50 employees.....the last 2 CNO's have resigned or retired....the COO resigned.....the entire staff of directors and managers has turned over twice in the past year.....all travel contracts were cancelled prior to paying them their bonus......the list goes on.....you do not want to ever work here.......
