Pros

It was nice to help the community.

Cons

The schedule was insane. 13 hour days. Could work from seven am to seven forty five pm five days a week, and they would try to get you to work the other 2 days. Unfair place to work. Favoritism.

Pros

Nice collaborative work environment and better than some other HCA facilities in other parts of the state. Pleasant staff in my department. Cerner charting is a plus. Reimbursement for higher education.

Cons

Parking situation isn’t great. Lots of construction projects going on so certain parts of the hospital are blocked off. Elevators are constantly broken or slow.
