Pros

Knowledgeable and experienced staff with some strong medical programs and competent doctors. The patients I have worked with are wonderful.

Cons

Terrible electronic charting system, as well as out dated paper charting still in use. Lack of professionalism--other staff is consistently rude/condescending on the phone, and middle managers seem to be very disorganized. Low pay and the benefits aren't great either.
