icare points and 10% off purchasing their stock, 401k matching is great if you stay with the company for longer than 15 yrs If you want to learn a different position HCA will help encourage that which I think is pretty cool. Different ways to make changes in your career but maintain your seniority and benefits at HCA.
Cons
Typically the lowest paying hospitals in my area compared to the others Never seen a bonus because they don’t offer them Meditech - yes you do get used to it but it’s SO much extra charting for us I know everywhere is short staffed but yeah huge factor of poor work life balance Earning PTO takes time They don’t always hire people with experience for important positions
