Some of the employees that work here are really nice.

Cons

Senior Leadership is VERY disconnected with employee needs. If there is a bad manager or director who is driving away staff, the Senior Leadership and HR do nothing to remedy the situation. Turn over is very high here as a result. Tired of seeing really good employees leave because they are afraid to discipline Managers/Directors. They are more concerned about whether they will get their yearly bonuses, than making employees happy at SRMC.
