Pros
The upside to management being so lax and absent is that you get to pretty much run your own shift and do self scheduling as long as shifts are covered. Good and affordable health insurance benefits.
Cons
The absence of management. Very little input or even regularly scheduled reviews. No incentives. The company has set it up so that Human Resources is SOLELY responsible for all pay rates. Therefore, no matter how happy a manager may be with you, there will be reflection in your compensation.
