Remote work + good benefits. They give you a permanent contract.
Cons
No big opportunity to grow. First you need to take a senior position to take a lead position. You need to work at least 2 years to change project or to get a senior position. There is no opportunity to grow in the same role. A senior position doesnt mean you will have a higher salary. The leaders are ok, but not supportive in development.
