work with latest technology, expose to challenges, get recognition,sometimes ,may be you can go up , Very good for freshers,
Cons
too much pressure with work load, management does not know what exactly going on , they think they know, they expect you to be loyal and hardworking like olden days, just dumping the stuff on you , every one works like on average 12 to 15 hrs, still employees don't get paid for ( min bonus )
