Opportunity to learn independently Diversified experience in different domains Its a private government company, no sacking.
Cons
Very Worst payer Its good to work here only if your manager/team is good but its rare. Policies are not transparent and changed too often making fool of employees. Motto of company is employee first and customer second which is only in words. Hold you in a team unbilled but will not transfer to other project that easily.
