Pros
1. Competitive initial pay (base and bonus) only time of joining especially when rehired from clients. 2. Good health coverage and insurance 3. 401K is good, however starts only after 1 year of joining.
Cons
1. Non transparent bureaucratic appraisal process 2. no hikes or less hikes 3. Employees first is just marketing buzz word. 4. All employees are not treated fairly. 5. Work life balance is up to us to balance at the cost of career. 6. Less paid time offs. 7. Internal processes (visa process, employee support, etc..) are cumbersome and takes a while to digest it.
