Cons
I can't say about other HCL but the one in cary is just not good enough. The entire blame goes to its management. The management sucks here. HCL moto: employees first customers second is actually in terms of torturing. I have seen how unprofessional this management has been. They hire any one off the road and then will suck every inch from you. There is no professional communication between the management and its employees. there is no confined HR dept. No perks or bonuses. there is never an update on the project. there is no career development, no opportunities at all. there is no room for growth or promotion. the annual raise is no more than 10cents in today's world. There is no work/life balance. the worst maternity leaves over here.
