Fairly easy to pass the interview process, will give you some experience with software development process in a work environment
Cons
There is a lot not to like here: The pay rate is well below the average market rate The management is not really interested in helping you develop your skills beyond online video training which is of a low quality. You don't have much control over what assignments you get to choose. I had to leave two positions because they were not development focused. The work culture is very Indian focused, so expect to be micromanaged for just about every little thing, everything offered training wise is pretty much in India only or on India time if you are interested in progressing your skills. HR questions / responses takes a week or more to get a response Tons of bureaucratic nonsense - need to complete various training that have no bearing on what positions they have available. When moving to another project, they have a tenancy to make you do more interviews before assigning you. Part of this process means you will have to keep a resume up to date for possible reassignment. Which again, does not have much bearing on what positions you get assigned to. Often you will be having meetings after office hours to keep up with the larger India teams. Not a lot of guidance or mentoring either. The worst thing is to be given a good rating and not receive a raise or acknowledgement.
