No trust into their own employees - Anonymous employee HCLTech Employee Review

Way too much attention to the matrx, require to do the same thing 2-3 times without reasoning, constant micromanagement. They treat employees like little kids in the day care, with same meetings every day, saying same thing and wasting time. LIMIT ability of the employees to do their job, at least on the project I was working.
