      Pros

      There are a lot of good people at HCL. Some of the work is very interesting. Good place to get 1-2 years experience before moving on.

      Cons

      below-inflation raise pools. Benefits reduced every year. Pushing people from salary to hourly. Very high attrition. The good people that can leave, do leave.
