Pros
None there is no pros horrible company to work for and their HR department is a shame and an embarrassment to all Human resources. They fire employees from time to time if a client doesn't like something instead of moving them to another client if you try to be a whistler blower you are let go. I am sure there maybe 1 or 2 HR people who are good people but I dont know of any
Cons
Almost no raises, hard work is not rewarded, If you want to be promoted you have to go above heads behind the scene- You do not get paid for OT I mean they bend over backward to make you work 60+ hours at times and deny overtime.
