Pros
They let you work remotely? Also, it seems like upper management is trying to make improvements, but there are all of these extra layers of middle management in the way.
Cons
The company seems to have been modeled after the IBM of the 1980's. There are way too many layers of middle management, which leads to way too many meetings. All of management comes over from India, and they do not seem to promote Americans to any positions of power.
