Pros
1: As a GET, you get to choose your track. I chose SQL Server (DBA) 2: You get to experience not just technology, also the way to do things the ITIL way. 3: You will work in shifts, so you get FREE Cab pick and drop service. 4: 24*7 food availability. Tea/Coffee dispensing machines are present on each floor.
Cons
1: Can get a lot hectic. But that depends entirely on the technology and the team you are paired with. 2: Rotating shifts or odd working hours takes a huge toll on the body. A good 6 hour sleep will surely counter the ill effects though. 3: Pay is low.
