You can work from home depending on which client you are assigned to. HCL has a training period before you get sent to a client.
Cons
If the client chooses not to renew your contract, HCL gives you a 2 week notice and does not assist in finding you a new client. There are internal job postings, but most are for offshore positions outside the US, depending on your position.
