This is a gloried consulting company in the guise of a technology company. Nothing more. You are placed on client projects, once they end, your reporting manager changes and its’s pretty much like starting over. You can’t afford to wait till u get a project of your choice. You have to take whatever project comes your way first. You cant switch to a different project if a better opportunity comes up while you are on a project. Salary is not competitive, AT ALL. Zero growth. Reporting Managers don’t care about you or your career growth. Only thing they care about is billing. They are just there to approve timesheets and submit performance appraisals. If you are an under achiever who is not ambitious and is just thankful to have a job, you will love it here. If you have aspirations, they will all go to a cemetery in installments.
