Mixed bag - Anonymous employee HCLTech Employee Review

After I transferred to the Infra side, things were good for awhile, then it all went to pot. Terrible managers, and the red tape from corporate became impossible to navigate. Onboarding would take weeks, and huge errors became the norm. People's pay checks were wrong all the time, HCL started engaging in illegal OT policies, no one could get a raise, etc etc.
