The overall point is, if you are looking for a company that enjoys challenges and wants improve our customers' businesses and the construction industry and you are not afraid to take risks you should give us a call.
Cons
We are small and very exclusive. We want top of the line employees that represent the technology and construction industries well so even if you are the perfect candidate on paper, you may not make the cut. It is a full skill, culture, and work ethic fit. I don't really see this as a con but it can be interpreted as unreasonable or cult-ish for some who do not understand the hiring criteria.
