Pros
There are a lot of pros to working here... the atmosphere and culture that they've built is like nothing I've ever seen before. Everyone works together, and enjoys it too! The large campus is "Google-esque" like some have said, but it isn't a huge organization like Google. So you get to have little perks like a ping pong table, pool table, darts, basketball court, track and field, on-site gym and showers, video games galore, bring your dog to work, free lunch on Fridays, etc. On top of that, it still has a ma & pop feel to it because it isn't a large organization-- everyone knows each other and you quickly develop friendships and relationships.
Cons
I'm in sales, and initially I thought the base pay was low (everyone starts at the same amount) HOWEVER, they do not have a draw set in place for commission, so you can start making commission immediately. In only my second month I'm already making a very nice amount of extra income because of the commission coming in immediately. Add annual profit sharing to that, and this isn't really much of a con. If you want a very strict structure, you might take time in adjusting to the way things are here. While there is simple structure, they like to focus on letting employees be themselves; creativity is huge here, and they will let you run free and do your own thing-- as long as you are getting the job done efficiently. They will not micro-manage you, however (which can be a pro or con, depending on what type of person you are).
