9yThat's great advice on setting goals at all levels and holding people accountable. This is a key goal for the company and we want every single employee to be accountable for specific and measurable goals so we can continue our rapid growth. We are making significant progress in this area with more formal career paths, supervisor training, Agile training in development, and the 70s accountability program in Services, but there is work to be done.
We are working to find the right mix of freedom and ownership thinking while still holding everyone accountable so please keep working in your area to help lead these changes.
