Pros
I could not imagine anywhere else to work. You get the freedom to work on projects that aren't necessarily part of your job, but will help benefit the business or other fellow employees. This allows you to utilize some of your skill sets in unique ways. The ownership-thinking culture is instrumental in the success and growth HCSS has had. The employees are constantly re-evaluating process to look for more efficient ways to do things. Getting to discuss your ideas with the Executive Team and see your ideas come to life is a proud moment. The executives encourage people to come to them with ideas and will work with them to help execute them. HCSS is very selective in it's hiring process because it's important to get the right people in the right position at the right time.
Cons
Some people come to work here mainly because of all of the amenities and end up not lasting very long. We have a very fun and engaging culture, but our priorities are to provide top-notch customer service and great products that provide real value.
