Good work environment, work-life balance, pay. Knowledgeable people, good group to work with
Cons
Too top heavy audit managers, not enough billable work to go around, thus gives you limited exposure to accounting issues / clients if you want to further your career. Being top heavy also means performing original work at the manager level, which decreases your realization on engagements.
