Pros

Good compensation for your time and overtime is nice. Mostly great people with the exception of a few. Modern office. Food provided during busy season.

Cons

Long hours for busy seasons (2-3 Months X2 a year) that requires 50-60 billable hour minimums per week. Employee performance is driven on their commitment to putting in overtime and being a mule. Often tasked with having to re-do work over and over due to Management not making final decisions prior. No encouragement whatsoever. Only care about getting the job done mentality. Dock in your performance if you reach out to Manager for guidance.
